Yardee! Women Only Submissions terms and policy

Any submission you send to Yardee! Women Only becomes the property of Yardee.com and cannot be returned. When you send in a Submission to Yardee! Women Only, you are agreeing to the following: 

1. By submitting your article to Yardee! Women Only, you have declared that you are the sole owner of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. Your work is wholly original. You wrote it. It's entirely yours. 

2. If you are below the legal age we assume you've already received your parent's permission to submit this work to us. Submitting your work signifies your parent's permission. 

3. Yardee! Women Only has the right to publish your submission, your name, age, and state or country and any other information if provided by you in connection with your submission for any use. 

4. Yardee! Women Only has the right to publish or use your submission for any use. Your submission to Yardee! Women Only also gives permission for your articles to be reprinted in ezines, on websites and print publications.

5. All materials you email, mail or submit to Yardee! Women Only including ideas, suggestions, concepts, stories, advice, artwork, photographs, graphic files, notes, messages or any other material ("Submissions") will become the property of
Yardee! Women Only.

6. By submitting your writing, artwork or pictures, you give us the right to publicly release and exhibit that material at our discretion. We can edit your material, broadcast it, reproduce it, publish it and display it in any media. 

8. Your submissions will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary by 
Yardee! Women Only.

9. Yardee! Women Only will have no obligation regarding your Submission. 

10. Yardee! Women Only or its designees will be entitled to copy, distribute, incorporate, modify and otherwise use your submission at any time for commercial or non-commercial use including in any media whether now known or not yet conceived. 

11. It is in Yardee! Women Only sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guaranteed made that your article will be published. 

12. Yardee! Women Only reserves the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
